RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our remedies are custom-made, handcrafted, and ingestible, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@nourishflourishwellness.org within 7 business days of receiving your package. Include your name, email, order date, and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly process a refund or replacement. Damaged items do not need to be returned.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Orders are processed within 3 business days.
- All domestic orders ship via USPS with a flat rate of $5.
- We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $80.
- We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only.
- Once an order has shipped, Nourish & Flourish cannot provide additional tracking updates beyond what is shown by the carrier. For delays or delivery concerns, please contact USPS directly.
ORDER CHANGES OR QUESTIONS
- To request a change to your shipping address or order details, please email info@nourishflourishwellness.org within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Orders cannot be rerouted once they are in transit. For delivery changes at that stage, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
